Downtown Golden Affordable Housing

JEN COL is excited to be building the Downtown Golden Affordable Housing Project. This important mixed-use development will help meet a key need in the community by providing quality, affordable housing in the center of Golden, British Columbia.

Golden Community Economic Development (Golden CED) is leading this project, which will offer 27 affordable rental homes for people with low to moderate incomes, including individuals, families, and seniors. There will also be five street-level commercial spaces to help keep downtown lively. The building is energy-efficient and designed to be accessible and sustainable, supporting both local businesses and the community’s future.

As construction moves forward, JEN COL remains dedicated to a project built on collaboration, quality, and community values.
